In 2005, Hooper Avenue Primary Center opened its doors to meet the continuous growth of the Historical South Los Angeles community. Our Primary Center serves Pre-School, ETK (Expanded Transitional Kindergarten), TK (Transitional Kindergarten) and Kindergarten students. Our small learning environment of 12 classrooms preserves the magic of early childhood learning by building a strong bridge between home and school. We engage our young students with creativity and critical thinking through our STEAM focus. Every student works in our Science Laboratory and participates in Dance, Arts and Music. At Hooper Avenue Primary Center we are building a strong foundation for academic success.
